At Ballerina and Me® house we create and handle your orders with loving thought and care. The quality and workmanship of each Ballerina & Me® Doll will be triple-checked before shipping to ensure your goods arrive as ordered. Warning that colour may slightly vary from the picture. If you believe your item is incorrect, damaged or faulty you must notify us by email at rini@ballerinaandmedoll.com.au within 7 days of receipt. An exchange (including postage) will be given in this instance provided the original goods are returned to us via mail with tracking number/registered post to:

We do not refund if you simply change your ballerina doll purchase, however we are happy to offer an exchange should this option become available to you and the goods returned to us (again with tracking number/via registered post) in saleable condition. If this is the case please mail to us at the same address noted above. We will confirm with you once the Ballerina & Me® doll is returned and advise you the availability of the exchanged good.
